Description
It was established on 26 June 1850, for other ranks for at least 16 years’ service.
Circular silver medal with integral royal crown suspension; the face with a circular central medallion with horizontal hatching for the heraldic color azure (blue) and bearing an upright sword and the three crowns of Sweden, circumscribed ‘KONUNG OCH FÄDERNESLAND (King and Fatherland); the reverse inscribed ‘FÖR / KRIGSMANNA / FÖRTJENSTER’ (for Military Merit); on original ribbon.
The crown indicates that it is from the period1870-1930. On the rim “SILVER, 1926” in original case of the producer “C.F.Carlman” and original ribbon.
