HOW TO ORDER

As our clients are located worldwide, Northstar Militaria operates exclusively online and does not maintain a physical shop. We regularly attend militaria fairs in Sweden and Denmark, where customers can meet us in person. Information about upcoming events is announced through our social media channels.

All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT

All items remain the property of Northstar Militaria, or its consignors, until payment has been received in full.

We accept:

• Bank transfer (IBAN/BIC)

• PayPal (+5% fee)

• Cash payments at military fairs

Please wait for our order confirmation before making any payment.

Layaway Service

For items valued above SEK 5,000, we offer a layaway option.

• Minimum deposit: 30%

• Deposit is non-refundable

• Remaining balance to be paid within 3 months unless otherwise agreed

Failure to complete payment within the agreed period will result in cancellation of the order. All previous payments will be retained by Northstar Militaria and the item returned to stock.

RETURNS & GUARANTEE

All items are guaranteed genuine and original unless otherwise stated.

Should an item subsequently be proven to be non-original, incorrectly attributed, or otherwise not as described, it may be returned for a full refund.

Customers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the parcel is marked as delivered.

Returned items must remain in the same condition as received. Any damage, alteration, or tampering will void the guarantee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with insured postage.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.

We are based in Sweden and normally ship using PostNord. Alternative carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx can be arranged upon request, subject to additional cost.

All photographs and written content on this website are protected by international copyright law.

The use, reproduction, publication, or distribution of our images without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Swords, daggers, and other bladed weapons will only be sold to persons aged 18 years or older.

Uniforms and other wearable items are sold strictly as historical collectibles. Sizes stated are provided for reference only and cannot be guaranteed. Uniforms may not be returned due to sizing or fit issues.

All descriptions are provided in good faith and based on the experience and expertise of our staff.

Northstar Militaria reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

SELLING ITEMS TO NORTHSTAR MILITARIA

We are always interested in purchasing original military antiques, orders, decorations, uniforms, and related historical material.

Items must be authentic period pieces. We purchase with the intention of resale and therefore offer wholesale market prices.

For larger collections, we are happy to travel to inspect items in person.
